Booking Policy

Future appointments will not be scheduled until all outstanding payments have been received in full. This policy ensures that both parties maintain a clear understanding of financial obligations, promoting a smooth and efficient booking process. Failure to comply with this payment requirement may result in the postponement or cancellation of any upcoming appointments. Clients are encouraged to settle their accounts promptly to avoid any disruption to their service schedule.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and we encourage you to inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or adjust your appointment. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation.

If a client arrives 15 minutes late or more for their scheduled appointment, the appointment may be shortened or canceled at the discretion of the service provider. In cases where the appointment is canceled, the client may be charged 50% of the total cost of the services booked, as a late arrival disrupts the schedule and may impact other clients. 

LATE ARRIVAL

In the event that a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, they will be charged 100% of the fees associated with the services that were booked.

Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancelations within 24 hrs of your appointment may result in a rescheduling fee.

In the event of two or more cancellations, a deposit may be required to secure any future appointments. The deposit will be applied to your next appointment fee, but is non-refundable in the event of further cancellations or no-shows. Additionally, if a client cancels an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, they may incur a charge up to of 50% of the total services booked. Appointments canceled same day may be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service cost. We reserve the right to refuse rebooking for clients who have a pattern of repeated cancellations. In the event of a client not being rebooked due to repeat rescheduling or a cancelation, the deposit is non refundable.
